🔧 Service Disclaimer – WeGo Lube
By submitting an appointment request or receiving service from WeGo Lube, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
🛢️ Oil and Filter Selection
WeGo Lube uses high-quality oils and filters that meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards whenever possible. We strive to use OEM-spec oils; however, certain oil weights and high-mileage formulations may not carry an official OEM certification. Because we do not work with a single supplier, the brands and products used may vary.
If a customer requests a specific oil type, weight, or filter that is not OEM-approved, WeGo Lube assumes no liability for any resulting damage or issues. We also reserve the right to decline service when such requests conflict with manufacturer guidelines.
We always recommend following your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.
📅 Appointment Changes & Refunds
WeGo Lube reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Weather conditions
- Technician availability
- Inventory or supply limitations
- Safety or environmental concerns
If we cancel or reschedule and the appointment was prepaid, a full refund will be offered upon request.
🏠 Driveway, Surface & Property Disclaimer
WeGo Lube strives to deliver clean, professional service using mats and oil containment methods. However, minor oil drips or residue are possible. WeGo Lube is not liable for stains or damage to driveways, parking lots, or service surfaces. Customers are encouraged to select safe, flat, and cleanable locations for service.
⚖️ Legal Authorization & Location Use
By booking an appointment, you confirm that:
- You have legal permission to allow vehicle service at the scheduled location.
- The location is suitable for a mobile oil change.
If service must be stopped due to rules, restrictions, or legal conflicts, a refund may not be issued.
🚗 Customer Presence & Vehicle Access
Your presence during service is not required, but:
- WeGo Lube is not responsible for what happens to the vehicle before or after service.
- The vehicle key must be available to allow access under the hood and to start the engine to check for leaks and verify oil pressure.
If access is not possible, service may not be completed.
⚠️ Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions
WeGo Lube is not liable for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing issues, such as oil leaks, stripped threads, worn gaskets, or prior incorrect service
- Cross-threaded or overtightened drain plugs or oil filters from previous work that may be damaged during removal
🚫 Service Refusal
WeGo Lube reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- The vehicle’s condition prevents proper servicing
- Communication with the customer is not possible
⏱️ Service Duration
The time required for service may vary depending on vehicle type, condition, and environment. We aim to work efficiently while prioritizing safety and accuracy.
